You're only young once, so live life to the fullest

That's what I call a weekend break! That feeling when you’ve finished your exams and got a quite good feeling about it and then have a cocktailparty and sleepover with your friends, a great day paintballing with your classmates, a good evening with your family, a cozy birthday of your cousin, a fun cowboy & indian party with great people and a whole day at Outdoor Valley where we did archery, canoeing, mountainbiking and getting smutty by a survival course. Today was a really awesome sunny day!

This weekend really shows how to live life to the fullest. Just enjoy every day like it’s your last, and enjoy the things you can do, because later on you might not be able to.

Once upon a time there was a girl born near Rotterdam. That was 23 years ago. Now Kirsten van Antwerpen is having her Bachelor degree in Psychology and she is enjoying her busy life. She spends her days studying health and medical psychology, running, cycling, surfing, thinking, philosophizing, loving/caring, being positive, watching people’s behavior, capturing images, listening to good music and of course like everyone: Breathing. She thinks that people in these days focus too much on what they do not have instead of what they have, therefore people do not really look at what they CAN make of life, but more or less get depressed of what they currently do in life. They should stop for a moment and get a clear perspective of their lifes to make a change where necessary. You always have a choice. Life is a gift, everyone knows bad moments, but remember: What does not kill you makes you stronger! And in the end, it is your own responsibilty to make a life you love, only YOU can change it.
